Items may be exchanged or returned for shop credit within 7 days of delivery.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing

You will receive an automatic confirmation number once your order has been placed.

Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed. 

*Shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for the 2-3 day processing window. 

All international orders will be shipping via UPS WORLDWIDE 

Butter offers worldwide shipping. 

We are not responsible for pre-paying delivery duties and fees. 

Return Policy

All sales are final.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email or dm us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@butteronthecommas.club or Here to alert us of the issue. Upon receipt of the email we will determine the cause of the refund/exchange request and, if applicable; exchange the product for a replacement.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@butterothecommas.club and we will coordinate the exchange.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
